A deposit equal to one night’s rental fee (including taxes) is required at time of reservation.

Monthly Reservations:

A $100 reservation deposit is required for monthly reservations. This $100 reservation deposit is applied towards the first month’s rent upon arrival.

CancellationS:

Daily and Weekly Reservations:

Reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival date will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Monthly Reservations:

Monthly reservations cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival date will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Monthly reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

An additional $500 Damage Deposit will be collected upon arrival and refunded upon departure and unit being vacated without damage.

CABIN GUIDELINES:

All cabins are non-smoking and do not allow pets.
All linens & essentials included (towels, sheets, pots, pans, etc.) for daily and weekly rentals.
Cabin items removed, damaged, or broken will be deducted from deposit.
All rules related to Circle W RV Ranch are applicable to rental guests.
